As our breads and pizza bases are 100% preservative free we recommend that you refrigerate our products on purchase for optimum longevity, especially in the warmer months. They keep very well refrigerated for up to 3 days. Our bread is suitable to be enjoyed fresh in the first 24 hours, or we recommend toasting our bread golden brown anytime for amazing results.

Definitely. If you are not going to consume the bread within the first couple of days of purchase it is best to cut, individually cling wrap and then freeze our bread. You can then toast it to perfection either from frozen or once thawed.

Yes, there are no dairy, nut or egg products used in any of our gluten free breads or pizza bases. Our products are also vegan friendly.

Allergy advice: Our products do contain soy and some have of our products have sesame seeds though.

No. Unlike many other gluten free breads which are high in sugar to compensate for the lack of taste, our breads are actually considerably low in sugar. There is less than 1.4gm per 100gm of carbohydrates from sugar in our breads. Our products are low GI.

Yes, all of our products are baked in our very own dedicated gluten free bakehouse at 77 Main Street, Birregurra - at the foothills of the Otways.
