Made by hand in small batches in our gluten and wheat free bakehouse using a signature blend of premium flours — no preservatives, no dairy, no animal fats, low sugar, low salt. Just golden crusts, soft centres, and seriously good flavour. Our products also have a good shelf life and will keep equally well in fridge or freezer (3 days fridge, 2 months freezer).

If
you live off the beaten track like on a farm, or in a high density apartment with no where safe to leave your parcel, please consider having your order delivered to a alternative (ideally more regular residential house) address - like that of a friend or family member. Or even a workplace that is open from 7.30am. As we use a private courier who needs easy access for quick and safe delivery.
